I brought this for dinner with the parents this weekend; Mom proclaimed it "restaurant quality" and Dad announced "this one's a keeper." I used a store-bought marinara so it couldn't have been easier, but I can only imagine how delicious it would have been with the homemade. I haven't even finished the leftovers and I'm already looking forward to making it again.

The recipe was wonderful but the next time I make it I will double the ingredients that go into the center of the roll (cheese and breadcrumbs.

This dish was easy. The tomato sauce really sets it off. I add a little chimichurri to my sauce to put my own touch on it. Excellent dish.

I would say on the first day it was okay. But the second day, my family said it was great.
