I have tried several Braciole recipes and this one is the best by far.

This was very easy to make. I had never made it before and it was a hit for a small dinner party!

This recipe was great. I resisted the urge to add more seasonings to the sauce & it was fantastic. This confirmed for me that Giada's recipes are always worth trying.

It was so tough that I had to throw it out. The sauce was great so I used it on fetticini. Don't know what I did wrong. $11 mistake.

I really liked this although I thought the stuffing was slightly overpowering.

I have very hearty eaters in my family. Next time I'll double the recipe. I added roasted pine nuts and the added "crunch" was out of this world. I pounded the steaks to approx. 1/4" which really made the meat so tender. Added another 15 minutes to cooking time - the meat was almost fork tender. My family is very honest in their critiques of recipes and this was their favorite.
