    You left out the main ingredient in the recipe you posted, the flank steak. What size flank steak should be used?

    A friend of mine use to make a similar dish which she called Braciole. She wrapped thin slices of meat around boild eggs and baked them in marinara sauce.

    I CAN'T COMMENT ON THIS RECIPE. I HAVEN'T MADE IT..YET. I GAVE IT A 5 BECAUSE IT LOOKED SO GOOD. I'M JUST BEGINNING TO TRY YOUR RECIPES. THE ONES I'VE MADE SO FAR, WOULD KNOCK YOUR SOX OFF....I'VE NEVER WRITTEN A FAN LETTER IN MY LIFE, BUT THE RECIPES YOU PRESENT WOULD DELIGHT ANYONE...BY THE WAY I'M NOT A NOVICE TO COOKING...DICK

    ONCE AGAIN GIADA, PROVES
    ITALIAN COOKING IS ABOUT THE
    FRESHEST INGREDIENTS AND THE
    LOVE THAT GOES INTO COOKING

    THIS RECIPE IS ALMOST BETTER THE SECOND
    TIME IT IS SERVED THE FLAVORS STEEP MORE INTO THE MEAT THE ONLY TWIST
    I ADDED WAS SOME RAISINS FOR A LITTLE
    SWEETNES

    we liked this recipe when we tried it with the suggested meat choice however it really popped hen we tried this recipe with melanisia meat typically used in spanish cooking but with this recipe really made the meat tender and cooked a bit faster for the cook on the go.
