    This was so awesome. It has become my family's favorite dinner. My kids request it all the time. It was easy to make and is incredible. Thanks Giada.

    I give this a four out of five stars because I was a little unhappy with the choice of meat cut. The flank steak that I got still seemed a bit tough even after the 1 1/2 hours in the oven while basting with the sauce. However, the leftover meat was better the next day. Perhaps making it in advance would be helpful. Anyway, the sauce is excellent! I will be making it many, many more times. I think it has become my new favorite sauce. Just beautiful. Thanks!
