    this is a great way to cook spinach, chard, kale, it is my go-to side dish. it goes well with meat or pasta -- the soy sauce doesnt come across too strong as an asian flavor.

    I ended up having to doctor this recipe at the end to bring more flavor to this dish. It just doesn't seem like there's enough garlic and other seasonings. Maybe I was looking for a recipe that would make spinach taste great, but instead, ended up with not much more than a wilted spinach.
