I made this for friends about a month ago and we all LOVED it. I make a lot of Giada's recipes and this one easily makes top 5.

Super easy and SO yummy! I served this as an appetizer at a wine tasting party and everyone loved it. I sliced the ciabatta and made small sandwiches. My kids tried it the next day and it's their new favorite grilled cheese sandwich. I am raising foodies. :

Delicious and so simple! My husband and I really liked the flavors of the panini. I used organic pre-made fig spread and just mixed some chopped up hazelnuts in it. Saved me the time of having to make the jam myself. All in all, awesome for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Will definitely be making this again...

One word to describe this - AMAZING!! The fig, brie and Pancetta is the right mixture of salty, sweet and savory. The hazelnuts add a great texture. Definitely a gotta try recipe, totally worth it and doesn't take long. The fig spread can also be used for toast and as a spread to serve with cheese for appys before dinner.

Made this two times last week for lunch. It was delicious. Works great with whole grain breads as well.

Made this tonight for dinner and was shock with the results. My kids said they liked it and I should make again. My husband like it too, which is rare since he doesn't care for fruit and meat cooked together. Thanks Giada.
