I saw this episode right before we went on a camping trip where I was responsible for breakfast for 12.... I substituted individual whole wheat flatbread for the pizza dough, topped it with the marscapone cheese, raw sugar, and fresh strawberries! It was a hit and will be added as a regular to our regular camping cuisine. We have also had it at home... but don't substitute Riccotta cheese for the Marscapone!

Wonderful. I cut the cheese mixture in half, since my family is not used to that kind of cheese, and I wasn't sure if it would be received well. It seemed like a perfect amount halved. This recipe, along with Giada's hazelnut cinnamon rolls and mini frittatas, made a good brunch!

This recipe was very good and easy to make. I modified it by cutting the mascarpone in half. Two cups of that is too much for my taste. One cup was just right. I also added bananas dipped in lemon juice and omitted the blackberries.

This was extremely delicious and easy to make. I served it to my husband on crispy toasted bread as I had already finished the pizza. The marscapone filling was so light and creamy. A new dessert that I'm looking forward to making again and again and again.

This was good. I think you could also sub in cream cheese just fine. Also be careful to keep berries dry or else they make the cheese a little to runny. (Still good but messy!

this was so good...i absolutely loved the pizza dough when i took it out of the oven to top it with the fruit. i also think that for variety you could use fresh whipped cream or even vanilla pudding hey, maybe even nutella...that would be great. Love you, Giada keep the great recipe coming!

This pizza looks just beautiful when finished. I thought it was delicious, but next time, I will go lighter on the cheese. Some of my guests thought it was too thick.

LORD, HAVE MERCY!!!! Absolutely delicious and has a MUCH better balance of flavors and is lighter than the usual "cookie crust" fruit pizzas that are sooooo sugary sweet. My grocer didn't have any fresh raspberries or blackberries so I added a tablespoon or so of natural raspberry jam to my fresh strawberries and blueberries. It added that raspberry flavor and texture as well as giving the berries a beautiful glaze and held everything together nicely! I can't wait until my next brunch with the ladies - this is at the top of my list!!!
