Stop what your doing right now and MAKE THIS!!!! This is hands down one of the best things I've ever made for breakfast -- if not THE best. This is the one I'm making any time I have visitors. The only thing to be prepared for, past reviewers were right on the money with the additional time needed. It will need to be in the oven for at least 25 minutes (maybe even a little longer. Just keep checking on it and giving the pan a little shake to make sure it's fully set. Otherwise, again, MAKE THIS!!! You won't regret it.

Absolutely delicious! However, the cooking time in the recipe is listed as 18 minutes. I had to bake mine for 30 minutes, as it was pure runny when I first took it out. Then I let it rest another 15 minutes. I know all ovens are different, but I believe the cooking time in the recipe is a bit off. Will definitely make this again, although I will remember to cook it for 30 minutes.

So delish!! Made for Xmas morning brunch, and everyone enjoyed. A much easier breakfast dish for a crowd that combines the meat, egg, and bread segments of breakfast all in one dish. It heated up great the next day as well - never lost its bacon-green onion-y flavors.

ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!!!! Follow directions to the T. Invest into a tart pan its well worth it. Sets-up very well, Displays nicely for a breakfast or a brunch. Makes your eyes roll up into your head.

Made this for Easter brunch and everyone LOVED it! My father-in-law even went back for seconds! It was a very easy recipe. I used bacon instead of pancetta and swiss cheese and it was scrumptious! Must try!

Excellent recipe. I substituted ricotta cheese for mascarpone and used a frozen organic pastry circle (French Picnic brand and added 2 diced turkey/gruyere sausages with the casings removed. I did not have a tart pan but used a springform pan and it turned out perfectly. Nothing but compliments from my friends. This is a great make ahead recipe. Thanks!

Excellent dish. Made it exactly as the recipe except I added 1/2 jalapeno pepper finely diced with seeds removed just to give it a little bite. Will definitely make this again.
