Great recipe and as always, Giada give stright forward directions. I made two (double the recipe for a breakfast in the office along other tarts and this one went quick. On the recipe even that I doubled all the other ingredients I did not double the pancetta, just used 4 oz that the package had and thanks God I didn't. It was a little salty for my taste but I guess perfect for others. Thanks Giada, you are the best! One note, I made my own pie crust it is so simple that it's not worth it to buy frozen.

Delicious, super easy and fast to put together. I used Trader Joe's crust. I had it on hand and it the best of the frozen pie crusts I can get where I live. It did break a bit as other reviewers mentioned but that was easily fixed with a bit of rolling.

I made this for my family at Christmas and it was a HUGE HIT!! Since then, I have tried to modify it in many ways adding new ingredients, additional eggs and different cheeses. The original is still the best and a requested item whenever we have guests in town!!

This is great! Smells and taste wonderful! This dish is good anytime of the day. I double it for a mother's day breakfast and we had a great breakfast for the entire family out on the deck. Very very good.

yummy, easy, flavorful, and unique. A slightly more sophisticated bacon quiche. The gruyere is pretty awesome! I would reduce the salt though as other reviewers suggested. The green onions are essential though!

Very easy and very pretty, but far too onion-y and salty -- and I didn't even add the salt called for in the recipe. Seems like it might be a good base recipe, but I would definitely use something less salty than pancetta (which we normally love and cut way back on the green onions or leave them out entirely.

I was very pleased with how this recipe turned out. I made the tart for some friends and they all loved it! It was so simple to pull together and turned out beautifully. I can't wait to make it again! Thanks Giada!
