    Easy to make. But wonder if roasted chestnuts would make a difference? Tastes good and you don't know why!

    fairly quick and easy to cook. i used 1/3 cup olive oil and added a few shots of balsamic vinegar. i also used 4 cloves of garlic, not 2.

    Overall this dish is good. It mostly seems to end up like steamed veggies in some olive oil so it isn't something that will woo your guests, but its good for an easy meal after work.
