The Meyer lemon olive oil gives broccoli a tangy extra kick. It's really worth the try if you normally use regular extra virgin olive oil. If you're not sure where to find Meyer lemon olive oil, go to LODESTARFARMS.COM - I know an adorable couple who run an olive farm in northern california and sell the dreamiest, buttery Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil I've ever tasted. Their olive oil wins lots of awards and has been featured in several food magazines and newspapers. Check out their website to find out where you can buy their olive oil near you...or you can purchase it from them. It's so yummy...definitely "top shelf" olive oil!

I didn't even use any oil - just the smoky flavor of the lettuce combined with a good balsamic vinegar was a delicious low cal option.

I didn't have Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, so I mixed the broccoli with olive oil and lemon juice. It's refreshing. A nice twist to how I usually prepare my broccoli.

Gotta love those Italians. It's all about color, flavor & simplicity. This is a keeper, it's easy easy easy! I use it all the time for a side veggie and get the "Ohs" & "Ahs" from family and friends.

INCREDIBLE! Prepared it to go with the Chicken Tetrazzini...wonderful combo!

I've never cooked with flavored oils before-I'm a believer now! It could NOT have been easier!
