It is a very easy recipe to follow, and it is delicious. It is also quick to prepare it. I loved it.

I grilled some salmon this week and it was good. My husband's response though was "didn't we really like the way you made it last time"? "Last time", and the time before was with this recipe. I originally froze some of the first batch of sauce. It worked very well- once defrosted just proceed with the recipe. How easy is that?! I don't usually think of rosemary on salmon. It works!

The glaze is great. A much better way to cook it though is to grill (or grill-pan the "show" side of the fish with just a little salt and pepper, flip it over and cook the skin side thoroughly. Then apply the glaze and throw it under the broiler for a while. The meat is then correct texturally and the salmon taste is more prominent.

This is my second favorite way to eat salmon after grilling it on a cedar plank. I didn't have the whole-grain mustard, so I just substituted more Dijon, and it worked beautifully. I also don't always break out the food processor; sometimes I just mix the ingredients in a bowl and follow the rest of the recipe. I can't say I notice much of a difference. Enjoy!

It's a hit with friends & family! I actually added a tsp of honey to cut some of the tartness off of the mustard. I also left it in the broiler for a couple minutes longer before & after adding the glaze. My 8 & 9 year olds were able to assist and even loved it as well!

The glaze was a little too tart/sharp for me. I think I will cut back on the dijon mustard next time. That said, the recipe is incredibly easy to follow and is done in no time.

This is my all time favorite salmon recipe. Amazing flavor and incredibly easy and fast to prepare. Usually, I'm not a big fan of rosemary but it works in this glaze. I use the mustard glaze for grilled ham steaks as well.

Good - I didn't have a food processor, so I did it in a blender. Overall, great flavor. I was a little unsure of whether I should put the broiler on low or high...I did low and it required a little bit more of cook time.

I made this last night. Family was coming over and they all loved the Salmon. The Herb Mustard was great, everyone was asking for the recipe! The Mustard sauce was perfect, it's not strong at all.

Thank you Giada for sharing this recipe!
