Very flavorful but I felt like the salmon wasn't broiled long enough and stuck it back in the oven again. Overcooked it and was dry but will try it again, definitely.

Very tasty! I used dried herbs, and added dill and honey (b/c I wanted a milder taste for my 3 year old. My family loved this! I served it with a salad (greens, sunflower seeds, goat cheese, dressing and nice crusty bread. I made enough for leftovers but they finished it all!

Very good. Make sure you read the instructions carefully & put the fish back in the oven after 2 minutes. I didn't & was very disappointed when I ate raw fish. Much better once I reread the instructions! I would recommend saving a bit of the sauce to dollop over it once the fish has finished cooking.

Like last reviewer, I cook salmon once a week and this will one of my top picks - have to keep trying other recipes otherwise I would not have found this goldmine and you have to have variety!

I cook salmon almost once per week and this is the first time I try this recipe. All my kids loved it (13, 11 and 7 even though my daughter scraped the glaze off easily. She still got the flavor and had seconds.
I did not have an open bottle of wine in the fridge but I found an old champagne bottle from who knows when, used that instead.
Make sure you follow the cooking instructions to the minute so the fish does not dry and the glaze does not burn. I was hesitant to only cook for so little time but it was perfect.
This will become a staple in our house, and would even serve to dinner guests.
I served it with wild rice and grilled asparagus.

mustard glaze was a bit burned and didn't really do much for the salmon. Lemon helped a bit but the salmon was dry (the mustard glaze didn't add a lot of moisture and not really very flavorful.

This is my go to salmon recipe. I follow the recipe as is, and it turns out perfect every time. I wasn't particularly interested in salmon prior to trying this recipe. Its so nice to find a recipe that is healthy and delicious!

This was great. Hubby and I enjoyed it. Didn't use fresh herbs (we used dried, but next time will definitely use fresh herbs.
