I served this over the lemon spaghetti recipe from another episode. My husband ( who doesn't usually like salmon and I loved it. Very delicious and complimented each other, served it with a pignot grigio white wine. THANKS Giada!

This dish is proof that food doesn't have to be fancy to be great. Simple quick and tastes as beautiful as the Author. I like mine just a bit more crunchy so a little more time on the grill and you got it.

I made this for a dinner party. It was very easy and fast, and wow it tasted excellent:

I made as written, no changes. Too salty. The mustard glaze was overwhelming. It would be good for people who want to hide the taste of the salmon, but for others, a more delicate glaze would be better, or just salt, pepper, and lemon.

I really enjoy this salmon dish but be sure you salt minimally or not at all before you put the mustard glaze on. It was way too salty for us....otherwise, very good.

I love Giada's recipes but this one just did not make the grade. Did everything according to recipe, but neither I nor my family enjoyed it. I'll Dr. this one up with some kind of sauce so that I won't have to throw it out.

Made the sauce a few hours ahead of time, and prepped the foil pan before getting ready for the dinner party. Everyone loved the dish, and I didn't have to worry about slaving over the main course. Might try the pecan idea next time, but it was delicious as is. Will keep as a favorite go-to dish that impresses as well as de-stresses! Thanks once again, Giada!

I do not enjoy salmon, but knowing it is good for me, I have been looking for a recipe that I would eat more of it. This one has been very good. Salmon is still not my favorite meal, but the strong flavor of the glaze, really complimented the fish. It was also not too strong. We will make it again. I am still looking for a recipe that will make me love salmon, but I don't think that is possible. lol

I've been making this recipe for years. I just recently made it for a restaurant owner/chef and he was amazed! I think my added topping of crushed pecans (walnuts are good, too really make it. It add the perfect crunch. I chop the nuts and pat it into the mustard paste, bake, then broil for the last couple minutes to make the nuts golden brown. Delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of salmon and my husband is always trying to get me to eat it. With this recipe, I'll have salmon every week!
