We LOVE this recipe, over a salad makes a perfect light dinner. We use the sauce on chicken breasts when fresh wild salmon is hard to come buy and it's fantastic! It's a top 5 in our house and it couldn't get any easier to make.

My family agrees, mustard and salmon are a great match. I was concerned that it might be too strong of a flavor for the salmon but it worked well. I will definitely make this again.

I made this on friday for my boyfriend's birthday. it was my first time cooking and it was great! the cook time took longer than expected because i had a bigger piece of salmon. but it was well worth the wait. i thought a mustard glaze would be too strong, but its very subtle. i cant wait to cook it again =]

We made this last night. I didn't have any Salmon, so I used the frozen Mahi Mahi I had and it still turned out great. I took another cook's advice and added a little bit of honey and added an extra glove of garlic because we love it. This is such an easy recipe. Definitely will do again ... we think we'll try it on chicken next.

Thanks to this recipe, my husband now looks forward to having salmon. Always before he would say, "not salmon again" when we would grill it. We liked the sauce so well we tried it on chicken breast and everyone we served it too wanted the original recipe so they could make it. I also have a fresh herb garden so I love finding recipes that use fresh herbs and this one is one of the best I've ever tried!

WOW...this was so amazing! The salmon was a gourmet piece of heaven on a plate. I had to cook a little longer than the recipe but it turned out delicious.

so easy and so delicious. my family LOVED it. i didnt have any fresh thyme or rosemary so i used two pinches of chopped chives- which tasted great. i used the left over mixture as garnish on the sauteed asparagus and spinach that i made as a side dish. i am going to use this recip again and again

i've made this dish 3 times so far, and i'm in heaven everytime i have it. it's sooo flavorful. if, for some crazy reason, you're not a huge fan of salmon - try it like this. it's devine. no need for any changes IMO. it's great served with rice pilaf and brocoli. delicious! you'll make it again and again, trust me.

the flavors are great but if you don't like your fish raw, add some cooking time before applying the glaze (so it doesn't burn. we also had some left over glaze so put it on some chicken breasts the next day and it was even MORE delicious.
