As other reviewers have stated, this is a little too "sharp" as is. I added a small dollop of honey, though, and it was perfect. The herbs go really nicely with the fish and are perfect in this glaze, definitely make sure they are fresh for a nice bright flavor. I will make this again!

Replaced triple the amount of fresh herbs with dry ones and it turned out really good!

I really liked this mustard glaze and one of the best things about it is it's a great starting point to make it your own. I thought it could have used a little sweetness and heat so next time I'll try some brown sugar and red pepper flakes.

Very yummy recipe! Full of flavor and the fish comes out perfect. I didn't change a thing about this recipe, nor would I. It's great just as it is!

Very tasty. I did not have any white wine, so I replaced it and the olive oil with about half a cup of mayonnaise and used only coarse mustard, plus dry herbs. Even with these changes the flavor was outstanding.

Absolute perfection and oh, so easy!
The entire family loved the salmon. Luckily, I made extras and they loved it even more as leftovers the next night!

This is the best salmon I've ever had. It is easy and cheap to make. I've made this more than ten times in the last three months and I have it with brown rice. Oh and also, the dry wine can be omitted because it tastes as good without it. I love you Giada!

It was alright, definitely not outstanding as the reviews make it out to be. My kids thought it was awful - they hated the mustard glaze. I've made better tasting salmon with 1/2 time and just salt & pepper.

This was amazing! Just made it for my husband...who doesn't like fish unless it is fried. He loved it!! Recipe is great as is! Super easy.
