    Giada uses whole grain mustard but I could not find those exact words on any mustard jar at my grocer store so I bought Stone Ground Mustard and I think it's probably the same thing and boy, did it ever make the recipe! Do yourself a favor and don't leave it out of the recipe. My kids, usually picky eaters when it comes to sauces, absolutely devoured this salmon!!

    My husband and I eat salmon at least 3 times a month, and I've prepared it every possible way, both in the oven and on the grill. This is by far the best salmon we've ever eaten. And the recipe is so easy! I'm also going to try the sauce on other types of fish. Thank you for our new favorite!

    What a great recipe for a quick, easy, healthy, and delicious dinner. My only advice is to watch the time it is under the broiler so it doesn't get too dark. Mine started to brown up very quickly. Perhaps I will put the broiler on "low" next time and really watch how long it's in there. This one is ready in a jiff!
