This was pretty good. I usually love her recipes but this had just a bit too much mustard for my tastes.

    Excellent.
I used only tablespoon of dijon mustard, and it was plenty.
It's great to see healthful, delicious recipes on the site.

This is something I would expect at a black tie wedding dinner... I just whipped this up for my husband and I for a quick dinner, and he thought is was AMAZING.. I only prepared two fillets, so there was a little more glaze on each piece... It was sooooooo good... I just served it with a little belgian endive salad, it deserved so much more! I will be preparing this for friends when I entertain- and it's SOOOO FAST! I just can't believe it. Great job, Giada!!! I love the way you've blended Italian cooking with new things.

This was a great dish, but I found that the fish wasn't cooked all the way through when the top was more than done....I baked it for a while afterwards and it turned out well. Very tasty and not too strong!

When my 13 year old and I saw this episode we were hesitant, but we thought let's try it. It is awesome!!! We eat salmon weekly, but we never had it as good as this and EASY!!!! We are addicted to Giada, we try 2-3 of her recipes a week!

I usually don't eat salmon because it can be too dry but this dish came out so moist and tender. My husband and I loved this dish with dill potatoes crab cakes. A fast and easy recipe.
