I watched this being prepared on tv and had to try it. It was fantastic. The sauce itself has a wonderful flavor and could be used for so many different things. Would feel confident serving this to a group.

I am not an enormous fish fan, however, this dish was very tasty. My husband really enjoyed the flavor.

This was a very easy glaze to prepare and made the salmon very moist along with giving it a delicious flavor.

I am not usually commended for my seafood cooking, but after trying this one, everyone was very pleased and said it tasted like something they would have gotten at a five star restaurant...amazing.

I don't personally like salmon, but my quests loved this recipe. The mustard glaze can be used for so many things from ham to a dip for pretzels. This was so easy. I only have a larger food processor so it was a little difficult to make this small of a portion of mustard but worth it.

I made this for friends last weekend, and it was great. The fact that the sauce can be made ahead and the cooking time is so short made it very easy to deliver this to the table with perfect timing. Also, covering the baking sheet with foil like Giada did on the show means there's no clean-up for your main course! I am a mustard fanatic, and I used two of my favorite Inglehoffer mustards--hot horseradish and stone ground. It was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be a regular on my table.

I ate grilled salmon in Florence,Italy in 2002.They import foods just as we do in this country. Or perhaps, they have salmon farms. Overall the recipe was very good give it a try.
