The salmon turned out EXACTLY like how Giada described the salmon as she was eating it. I bought a 2.76 lbs. salmon filet and cut it into 6 portions. Follow recipe as written and demonstrated on her show. The salmon was flavorful, moist, light, and delicious. Cleanup was very easy also. Thumbs up for Giada and can't wait when her cookbook gets published in March.

I would highly recommend this salmon recipe. I am currently on weight watchers and this is easily incorporated into the plan. Truly a light dish, the taste is out of this world. Thanks, Giada, for a great salmon recipe that is past due.

I substituted Tuna steaks for the salmon, as it is hard to get wild salmon, and it turned out great! I could eat this 4 nights a week and not get bored with it.

This recipe was unbelievable fast and easy to make. The taste was excellent. I am not a fan of course mustard so I just used all Dijon style and it was perfect. Even my four and six year olds loved it.

Moist, flavorful... delightful! Try grilling it. First on the glazed side. Then turn over onto the skin side, close the vents and let finish while setting the table. Outstanding!!!

I don't know if I had the oven rack too high or if using High on the Broiler setting was not correct, but my salmon glaze burned on the top. Also, the mustard flavor was very strong. The salmon flesh was very moist. This was an easy entree to prepare.
