Eh - It was alright. Definitely not 5 stars worth on the taste.

Wonderful balance of flavors and so healthy! I had mine over rice with broccoli and it was a hit. I probably used half of the lemon juice required since I only had a small lemon and I wouldn't put the entire amount in next time, it was already very lemon-y.

Great recipe!! My entire family loved it, even my small children. I have even substituted green onions for the chives in a pinch and the sauce still tasted great. This is a regular at our home now. Thanks, Giada!

Winner! I didn't like the sauce when I first made it, so added an additional teaspoon of Dijon and went over a bit on the chives. Delish! My family enjoyed it even my kids who don't usually like anything with a "sauce" gobbled it up. Adding to our regular lineup of quick and healthy dinners! Thanks Giada!

My kids absolutely loved this and so did us grownups. I used non-fat yogurt and it tasted just fine to us. The sauce was very different, nothing I would ever dream up, so 5 stars for something totally unexpected but delicious! This also paired very nicely with the carrot and yam puree Giada had in the same episode.

i used the mustard chive sauce recipe on baked salmon filets and it was very tasty. My family gave it good reviews and they arent always big on the "healthy" yogurt sauces. The only thing I'd say is watch the honey because I used half the amount and it was pretty sweet.

Absolutely delicious!!!! Didn't change a thing, except maybe added a bit more chives than specified but only because I used whatever I chopped without measuring... I wouldn't recommend changing anything either, it was absolutely perfect!! Sweet, savory, tangy and the sauce just complimented the Tilapia wonderfully!!!

This is actually the first time I've given something a lower score so bear with me on the review. I made the yogurt sauce and it sort of tasted like sour or maybe even rancid yogurt; it was really acidic and the mustard, honey, and chives didn't really break through at all. I had my husband taste it as well since he loves Greek yogurt and I'm not a huge fan; he had a similar reaction. With all of that being said I can say, as noted above, I'm not a huge Greek yogurt fan. Creme fraiche may be a good substitute for that. I think the add-ins need to be more balanced as well so that you get something more than lemon and yogurt. I was running low on energy from a long day at work so I didn't mess/play around with the sauce but I think it has potential. Just be prepared to make some adjustments as you go if you have different tastes in mind.
