Super easy and quick and the sauce was delicious! First time I've enjoyed a piece of tilapia. Will definitely be making this again. Only thing - the fish man accidentally gave my bf only 3 pieces instead of 4 pieces of fish. We made the sauce as directed (for 4 pieces and it worked out perfectly. So up the amount of sauce a little. Also, we used Beaver Brand sweet hot mustard because we didn't have Dijon on hand and it was great.

The sauce is absolutely delicious and so easy to make! Tilapia is a staple for my family so I will definitely be re-making this recipe. I'm not sure if broiling the fish was the best way for me to cook it because my fillets were much thicker than the ones in the video so they took a long time to cook through in the broiler. Next time I will probably just bake the fish. I didn't think the lemon was too overpowering as some reviewers said but you could always just add the lemon juice a little bit at a time and taste as you go to make sure you don't over do it. But I used the whole 1/4 cup and it was very tasty!

Both my husband and daughter really liked this recipe, especially with roasted asparagus. Thanks, Giada!

I fixed this for friends along with the Mashed Sweet Potatoes (used yamsfrom Food Network Kitchens. One of the friends said this was his new favorite meal at my house! And I do have to point out he is a great cook. I put the Tilapia on top of the potatoes and then the sauce on the fish like Giada does in the video. It was very good and it will be going in my personal file for another day, soon.

Great healthy recipe and cooks very fast, but I thought the sauce was a little too sour/ strong. If I made this recipe again I would use less lemon juice and add it to taste. I served this over a bed of white rice.

Very good. The tilapia is very flaky and perfectly cooked. I served it on a bed of leftover green beans for lunch (heated up with green in the broiler while the tilapia cooked for a nice crisp. However, it did not get the full 5 stars because I did not stick to the recipe for the sauce. I only used a tablespoon or so of lemon juice because I figured the mustard was acidic enough. It was still a touch sour so 1/4 cup is definitely too much!
