The fish was good in the broiler, so I'll definitely do that again; however, I wasn't as impressed with the sauce. I think I added too much lemon juice, but I also felt like I couldn't taste the chives. I accidentally bought the nonfat greek yogurt, so that could be part of it. I would try it again to correct that, otherwise it was just ok.

OMG, this is GREAT! Since my guys don't eat seafood and I was home alone I was looking for something simple to do with the piece of tilapia I had. I didn't have the yogurt so used sour cream like someone else did and it was amazing on it, the light lemony flavor was great on the fish and I even used it on the spinach salad I served with it as a dressing with roasted chick peas. YUM. It was so worth the trip outside to get the chives in the 40 degree weather and stocking feet. I will make again and definitely recommend it.

I am giving it 5 stars because the sauce is so easy to make, can be used with many different foods, and is a fantastic base for tweaking it to personal taste.

Flavour of the sauce - even though I have used half of the lemon, for me it was too sour (and I use lemon all the time, my family loved it though, as is IMO requires a bit of tweaking. I have prepared it with fat free greek yogurth, honey and insted of chives I used parsley. Don't worry about looking for greek yogurth, any plain yogurth will do, I suggest to start only with a bit of lemon and keep adding as you go, I found it too sour even with half lemon used.

    Will do it again.

Outstanding. And lets just say that I didn't just drizzle the sauce, I slathered it! I made it with fat free greek yogurt, because that is what I had on hand, and it was delicious.

Amazing recipe for tilapia! I switched it up a bit.. didn't have any Greek Yogurt so substituted Sour Cream instead. Also, didn't have plain Dijon Mustard, so subbed for a Honey Dijon. Even with the variations it still turned out amazing. I cooked the tilapia in the oven for 20 minutes with some fresh tarragon and asparagus. Delicious!

I thought the sauce would be too cold.... given as it wasn't really cooked.I did not use agave nectar.... honey was just fine. I couldn't be more impressed for such a simple just. Although, Tilapia is usually a simple fish to work with. Didn't add the chives. Not that I didn't have them.... just to lazy to go out into the garden to get them.

Great sauce. As delicious as the sauce was, I almost felt like it overpowered the taste of the tilapia. I would recommend sticking to the recipe and broiling the fish rather than grilling like I did (the fish sort of fell apart on the grill. This sauce is very flavorful thou and would be good over any combination of grilled vegetables like asparagus.

Very easy to make and flavorful. Always looking for quick and easy recipes that the family will enjoy. It's especially great if my picky 2 year old has some and doesn't spit it out! Will definitely make this again.
