Nice change of pace from pan sauteed tilapia on the stove top! great tender, moist, flakey fish and the sauce was delightful! i substituted non fat Greek yogurt and added 2x amount to have thicker sauce. didn't have chives, so used fresh dill i had on hand! yumm!

Absolutely delicious! This recipe is super quick and easy but looks fancy, so it's great when you want to impress someone. Goes great with steamed broccoli!

The Mustard-Chive sauce is fantastic! I made it tonight over Cod and Asparagus. I imagine it would be great with any fish or even chicken. So fast, easy, and delicious!

So quick to put together for a weekday dinner, and the taste doesn't disappoint. Any fat free European style yogurt could work for this recipe.

This recipe is absolutely delicious! The texture of the broiled fish, combined with the slightly sweet and very tangy sauce is genius! Not to mention...the fresh chives. They totally make this sauce. I did use fat free greek yogurt and it turned out just fine.

I converted the Tilapia dislikers in my family with this recipe! The combination of the sweet potato/carrot puree and the fish is wonderful. The yogurt sauce gave it just the right finishing tang...and like others commented, even my kids liked it. I did add more yogurt to the sauce to get a thicker consistency. Over all a great recipe.
