Very good. I didn't broil the cheese and it was still quite good. I'm sure it's wonderful with broiled cheese!

My husband will NOT under any circumstance eat zucchini.
Guess what? He ate them...AND liked them!!

Def a house staple from now on.

this is good, don't get me wrong, but the cooking process is a pain in the butt! 3 pans in all to cook potatoes doesn't fly with me! the parm crust however is really good.

The zucchini was awesome, but I feel like the potatoes didn't really soak up the flavor like the zucchini did. I used coconut oil instead of butter and no parm since we're GFCF. I used dry herbs instead of fresh. I always use dry herbs, so I don't think that was the problem. I'll probably do this with the zucchini only next time. I like the "crispy garlic and sage potatoes" on FN better.

I made this last night, and it was really good! I'll be making veggies like this from now on. I didn't change anything about it!

A great way to cook zucchini. Browning the taters and zucchini is what puts this over the top. Very good!

I tried this with zucchini and yellow squash, and used dried herbs instead of fresh. Veggie hating boyfriend gave it 4 out of 5. I LOVED the delicious flavor combination of Rosemary and parm. Don't skimp on the herbs and garlic!
