    My entire family loved these vegetables. It's hard to get the young ones to eat their vegetables and this recipe won them over. I even made extra to put in my lunch for the next day at work.

    These were so delicious! I used just a bit more parmesan, but altogeth the herbs and everything tasted spectacular together. P.S. cut the potatoes in half before you boil them- they cook alot faster.

    Came out well, but I had a hard time managing the stove-top saute process. I would add a little more butter and lower the heat so as to not burn the bottom of the pan.

    i wanted to be safe with the zuchinni, so i stirfried them a lot longer than asked before broiling them in the oven. this dish was a great hit in the family, the small potatoes came out perfectly! i added a lot of salt, maybe more than called for, which helped make the overall dish more flavorful.
