    This was so easy and soooo good. My family loved it. We are actually thinking of doing this recipe again this week b/c it was easy and a great side.
    Only thing I did different is I added more of the seasoning b/c I was making it for a bigger group and sooo I also added more cheese.

    This is the perfect side dish recipe. It combines the best of vegetables with potatoes. The herbs really enhace the flavor. If my 20 month old son eats it, it has to be good.
