This is an easy delicious appetizer, I also added chopped roasted walnuts to the cheese then baked it. (my husband loves walnutsThe drizzle of honey on the nuts works well.

Great and easy! Yummy!!! If Gorgonzola isn't a strong enough cheese for your tastes, I recommend a Stilton or even a goat cheese.

This is such a quick and delicious appetizer. Sometimes I add a thin slice of pear, which is a nice addition.

I'm not a huge fan of bleu cheese on it's own but this recipe is super easy and a nice balance of bold flavor mixed with the warmth of honey's sweetness. When I saw this recipe it was for the gorgonzola drizzled with honey to use on crackers or bread. So when I made it I used a wedge of gorgonzola and drizzled the honey before I microwaved for 20-30 seconds to soften. It's a great flavor profile.

I just made these this past weekend for a dinner party and everyone asked for the recipe. When I went to make copies of my print-out one of my guests accidently threw it out. Came back to site to get recipe again. DELICIOUS, Fast and Easy to make. Believe me there will be no leftovers! Thanks Giada

Have made this appetizer a few times. I love gorganzola cheese more than anyone else in my family so I always seem to enjoy it the most. The sweet honey with the salty robust cheese makes a great savory sweet combo. Love it!
