Not a fan of strong or bleu cheese - I was so surprised at how good this was!
I have never made bruschetta before and was surprised how simple it was and how pretty it looks!
The thought of honey on it intrigued me - and it is sooooo lucious!
Even cold (one left over piece!, it was good!
I served this up with Paula Deens Creamy chedder soup and ti was a perfect pair!
    Giada, you totally rock!

These are incredibly delicious. The bite of the cheese juxtaposed with the sweetness of the honey and a little crunch from the bread is just HEAVENLY. My friends consumed these in a matter of moments and I made extras. Thanks Giada.

I saw this on the show and thought it looked interesting, So off I went on the hunt to find the recipe. Once I got it I was off to the Store to get the ingredients. It is the most interesting and different things I have tasted in a long time. I serve it as an light snack on Saturdays and Sundays before dinner. My family and I cannot stop eating this. I highly recommend this. TRY IT. IT IS A KEEPER

It is a quick and easy appetizer for parties. I've taken it to two parties and rarely had left overs, but even those didnt last long in the house.

I made these for a little get-together & they were a huge hit!!!! The combination of flavors are delicious. The honey is the perfect compliment to the sharp, creamy gorgonzola!!! I will definately make this again.

Very easy and great for an appetizer. I actually grilled my bread, not baked it. This gave it a nice added smokey flavor. I would make this again.
