I used crumbled gorgonzola because that's what my store had. Totally good. You could use blue cheese, or any other cheese probably. Really good and super easy.

This has quickly become my favorite appetizer by far! A fabulous combination of pungent cheese and sweet honey made this a real hit in my family.

I tried this last night and my entire family went crazy over it!!The combination of flavors is out of this world! My 4 year old couldn't get enough. The combo of the gorgonzola coupled with the sweet honey was an unpredictable union but outstanding. Please try this one!!

I watched this episode intently, so as not to miss any interesting sounding recipes. Cheese and honey: very interesting. I tried it and I found it to be very yummy!

I was really weary of this but like all the ingrediants so thought I'd try it. Amazing would be a great complement to fruit and port.

I enjoy Giada De Laurentiis cook on food network. I have tried several of her recipes and they were wonderful. Because of my interest over the summer of watching the food net work channel, I now want to get a degree at L'ECOLE CULINAIRE in St Louis Mo. Thanks for all the amazing cooks on the food net work channel who have inspired me!

Since I saw Giada do this simple recipe a couple of months ago, I have
served it 6-7 times as an appetizer. I always have gorgonzola cheese available and honey and this is so easy and delicious that it is perfect to serve.

This was really good despite the fact that I over did it with gorgonzola. I just didn't have a need to fix 36 of these so I did a few and used about 2 oz. of gorgonzola. It was a little too much blue cheese but still very good. I guess what I am saying is this: The show made it seem like each piece of bread was loaded with gorgonzola but when you do the math, they really weren't. Just be careful with how much gogonzola you put on the bread if you aren't doing the full recipe and you'll be fine. Giada...you're recipes are wonderful, I have tried quite a few and with the same result i.e., all 5 stars. Keep up the great work. I'm from an Italian city...Pittsburgh. I've eaten Italian all of my life and have such an appreciation of the cuisine and your show.
