Very easy and good. Served them with chilled Chardonnay at my BBQ and it was a hit!

I made these for my husband's birthday party and they were wonderful. The hardest part of the recipe was trying to cut through the tough crusty bread, so in other words, it was easy! Because of the nature of gorgonzola, people either loved them or hated them, but most people who tried them loved them. The first bite is so surprising because the honey fuses with the cheese to create an extreme sweet. The gooey factor made it almost seem like you were biting into a little cake. They were also able to be warmed up sucessfully after fridge storage. This is the most unique recipe I've seem and it was a hit!!!

I'm not a big gorgonzola fan but I thought I would try it. I enjoyed it when there was very little cheese on it. My husband however liked it but he always likes gorgonzola.

Another winner from Giada. I would have never thought that Honey and Gorgonzola would go so well together. Works well even if you toast the crostini pieces a day in advance and then just top them and melt right before serving.

Great as something sweet or if you omit the honey and go on with a topping of tomatoes and mozzerella, it's just delicious with the cheese slightly melted!

Giada this recipe rocks off the chart. This was my first attempt at making bruschetta, and everyone in my family absolutely devours the bruschetta!! For those who find Gorgonzola cheese hard to cut, put it in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. It cuts easier that way. If not, there is creamy Gorgonzola cheese in the supermarket now.
