I made these for a cocktail party and they were wonderful! So easy and simple too! Due to their simplicity, make sure you use a high quality cheese and honey for the best flavor. I wanted to use raw honey for this recipe instead the normal stuff so I made one modification. Since raw honey is thicker / not good for drizzling, I spread it on to the toasts (after five minutes in the oven and then put the cheese on top. Then I put them back in the oven for about 3 minutes until the cheese got soft. Came out perfect and the raw honey added great flavor!

I LOVE this recipe. I was hesitant because it is so simple but it is really delicious! I used good quality bread and olive oil. It is so simple and really tasty. Its a great finger food for get-togethers of any kind. I almost tried to add an ingredient to it like prosciutto or pear but glad I didn't. It does not need it. The sweet and savory flavor is amazing. Tastes much more impressive than it is. My boyfriend asks me to make it for poker night. Very cost effective too. Just bread and cheese, as most people probably have honey and olive oil at home. I enjoyed this when it was still hot out of the oven but it is still good after it cools. Thanks Giada!!

These are fantastic! We're not huge Gorgonzola lovers, so I used crumbled feta instead. Fantastic!

This is my new favourite appitizer. I watched the episode with my mum and made it on Easter Sunday. It was so delicious and simple to make. The honey just mellows the strong gorgonzola taste. I'm actually lactose intolerant, but I would suffer any day for this!

Love this. Love it. I added some chopped pecans for extra crunch, sometimes I also add 1/2 of a date...so good!

I made these for a girls night out the other evening and they were so delicious! The girls just couldn't stop eating them. They are the perfect blend of salty and sweet which I have to say is the most amazing combination. These are so quick and easy and will now be something I serve all the time to my guests.
