I have been making this for years, Giada did this on her show and I have been making it ever since! I am always being asked to make this and it is always gone before we can blink an eye. My tip is to use really good bread, I get a french baguette from Panera and have them slice it thin and put it in a PAPER bag. Sometimes bread gets put in plastic and it ruins the bread. Also using Gorgonzola Dolce is easier to spread than regular Gorgonzola since it is soft. LOVE THIS!

I loved this the first time and even better the second time on a multi-grain bagette that I picked up accidently. Will definitey make again.

OK so I am not embarrased to admit that I was scared to try this combination. To be honest it sounded really gross. It is AWESOME I love it and I will make it over and over and over!!

You have to try this! The gorgonzola and honey really make this sophistocated and different than anything I've ever tried before. Delicious combo! I can't get enough and I've made these maybe five times in the last month- so good, although one person in my family didn't like it (thought the gorgonzola taste was too strong. Try it!

Nobody at my house would eat this - gorgonzola was way too strong!

Served this along with a salad to company last night. It was so good and so unusual.

LOVE this recipe. I added garlic to the olive oil to make a garlicy bruschetta. This dish must be served right away. Once it cools, the honey and cheese get hard and it does not taste as good.
