    A very convenient appetizer. The Bruschetta can be made earlier in the day and the finished pieces can be prepared prior to guests arriving.
    I also like to put a couple of pieces of toasted walnut on each.
    People really gobble these up

    Our monthly pot luck was themed "Italian" this month and I knew there would be half-a-dozen spaghetti variations so I took Giada's Bruschetta with Gorgonzola Cheese and Honey. Needless to say, they were gone in an instant while the spaghetti made for plenty of left-overs. Thanks to Giada and the Food Newtwork for making me a monthly super star!
