    Everyone at my tea party loved this. I did put it back in the oven before I added the honey to melt the cheese a littlle more. Bu overall this is so easy and delicious!

    i was taken back by mixing cheese with honey. i tried it; it was very good and very easy. the gorgonzola was a little too pungent for my taste buds, but my how the honey helped. i wonder if goat cheese would pair just as well.

    We watched Giada do this and wondered if the flavor mix was going to be good together....oh my gosh, this is delicious! You get the bite from the cheese, then the honey comes in and smoothes it all out and it melts in your mouth. Amazing. A new family favorite for sure! Thank you, Giada!

    My family was a little hesitant as they thought it was an odd combination, but everyone liked it. I loved that it could be put together in a matter of minutes. I used crumbled bleu cheese.

    This recipe was so easy and impressive. I was concerned that the gorgonzola would be too strong but it was so delicious with the honey- great pairing.
