I didn't follow the recipe exactly... didn't have a grill pan so I toasted the bread in the oven with a little bit of olive oil. Didn't have orange marmalade so I used seedless blackberry jam... what a delicious light breakfast!

i'm not a huge fan of orange marmalade so this wasn't my favorite, but everyone else loved it at the party that i brought it to. it was so easy to make and because i wasn't crazy about the flavor, i used strawberry jelly on half the pieces, which was so good. definitely a great idea for an appetizer.

This was the perfect appetizer for my brunch today. Everyone raved about these little delights. I was a bit skeptical because it almost seemed too simple to pack a punch... I followed the directions and everyone loved them. I can't wait to begin making flavor variations.

So simple and delicious! We didn't have orange marmalade, so we used peach. Couldn't have been easier or tastier!

This is a breeze to make and the flavors are great! I used light ricotta and a marmalade with less sugar. Still sweet enough. Use it to impress your family at a brunch rather than serving boring toast!

It was a good mixture of smoothness and tangy at the same time. The orange marmelade is what really gives it a punch, it is better if you either toast or grill the bread.

I just had this snack for the first time. I was very skeptical but I have to say it was very good. It's also very fulfilling since the sweetness of the marmalade curbs a sweet tooth! I will def. make this a regular snack.
