This is my favorite Bruschetta combo for bkft, brunch OR snacking.
I'm a 53 y/o Italian and I've been
eating this since I was a tot!
One thing, I do have to correct Giada on is: marmalade is a staple in many
Italian pantries!!!
It is in mine, was in my mother's and mia nonna's.

We celebrated my birthday with a brunch. We served the Bruschetta and Ricotta with fresh chopped strawberries mixed with sugar on top. So divine. It went well with Giada's raspberry bellinis. Keep up the wonderful light recipes. I love the show.

Giada, you did again!! Perfect light ending to any meal. Have made several times and changed from orange marmalade to strawberry preserves and altered different liquers. Fabulous!!

This toast is great and better then the original boring toast with butter. Goes perfect with a Baileys coffee.
