This recipe was so simple! So delicious! And there was not one bit left over! Everyone loved it and wasn't at all time consuming. Highly recommended. Next time I too will be making this recipe for pasta! Delicious!

Simple to prepare and extremely satisfying. I also made the pasta alla formiana from the same episode but only ate a few bites after filling up on the bruschetta. I think I will also try this topping with pasta, ensuring to thin it out a bit with the pasta water. I look forward to making this for future dinner guests!

Since I didn't follow the recipe exactly as written, I'm giving it 4:5 stars. I really enjoyed it, and so did my boyfriend. I made a derivative of this recipe tonight to go along with some salmon for dinner. It was divine!! I didn't have any tarragon. I substituted cream cheese for the marscapone, as well as canned tomotoes for the romas (my grocery store had slim pickins' on fresh tomatoes today.

This was my first time ever making bruschetta, as I'm not really a fan of it. However, this was really good! I enjoyed it. I might add a few other spices next time around, but, other than that, this will be great to have for a dinner party. It was actually so hearty that it could be a good lunch on its own.

Thanks for the recipe, Giada! I'm looking forward to trying the other two dishes from this show at home. I'll plan to cook the pasta alla formiana and the stracciatella semifreddo next week.

Made this dish last night for dinner for my boyfriend and I - so good it was perfect for dinner. This would be a hit at functions or to share with others. This is one of the best dishes I have ever had.

I made this to take to a party! It was so good it never made it to the party!! My family pretty much ate it all. We did have a bit left over so I made some spaghetti and mixed it together and added Parmesan cheese. It was still amazing!! Thanks for the great twist on the normal everyday! Loved it!!

Another home run from Giada !! I made this for a party we had recently & it was gone ASAP ! The flavors are fantastic with the tarragon & then the marscapone cheese just takes it to that next level of flavor. I can't wait to make it again. LOVED this recipe !!

I prepared this for dinner for my husband and I. It is absolutely fabuous. Rich flavor, crunchy bread, arugula and tarragon add wonderful depth. Easy to prepare. We will have this again!
