Made this tonight and they (son and hubby ate it all. The tarragon adds a perfect touch to this don't skip it. This is so easy to whip together. It's a keeper.

Sorry this is not regarding the recipes on the show, Of course they all look delicious.
Did anyone out there get the name of the book that Giada gave her friends? II have a friend who is also traveling to Italy and loves Giada so much it would be shuch a great present.
