Cut out the arugula and endive, just did all brussels sprout leaves, and added tangerine slices- YUM-MY!!! Possibly will add a little bacon or pancetta next time to add a different flavor profile to an already amazing salad. Brilliant use of a "yucky" vegetable most of us don't care to eat otherwise.

The wow factor on this salad is a 10! Be sure to use your very best EVOO, so all the lovely flavor of the salad comes through.

The salad was very tasty. However, I could not taste the brussels sprout leaves - even when I picked them out and ate them alone. The arugula overpowered the tender taste of the brussels sprouts. The sprouts were too much trouble for the little to no flavor they rendered. I will make the salad again, but omit the sprout leaves.

Excellent mix and balance of flavors. I would cut back on the dressing a little bit, but otherwise, it's a great salad.

my husband and I love this salad! It's my go to recipe for dinner parties or to bring to a pot luck because everyone loves it. I've never liked brussle sprouts, but when I saw Giada making this I thought I'd try it to see if I could add a new veggie to our diet, and it worked. It tastes so fresh and natural.

So easy and surprisingly amazing. This salad is astronomically good. And who knew Brussels Sprouts could be so good without butter?

I made this salad last night but cut down the portions to serve two. It was so good I wished I had made enough for four and just cut out our entree. I'll certainly make this whenever I can get fresh Brussels sprouts, arugula and endive!

Watched the show where she made this and was so intrigued by how appetizing it looked that I've been thinking about it for weeks! Finally made it using the bagged brussels sprouts from trader joe's (microwaved them in the bag to save time.
Brilliant combination of flavors! Today I added a teeny bit of diced salami to the leftovers, but can see how shrimp or fish or any variety of cold cuts would be delicious additions for a main course salad.

I love trying new salads and my family is not a fan of brussels sprout but this recipe really caught my eye. Not only is this recipe sooooo easy but the flavors are amazing!

My sister made this sald, and said that prepping the Brussels sprouts was a labor of love. She substituted the arugula and endive with a organic spring mix (probably has arugula, frisee and other baby greens. We added dried cranberries. Everyone had seconds before the entree! This salad was excellent in August, we are planning to serve it also for Thanksgiving!
