Excellent recipe, wonderful flavors. I trippled this recipe and served it at a potluck last night. At the end of the evening, not a single leaf of salad was left in the bowl. Everyone loved it. I'm print copies of the recipe now to share with everyone that was there. Beautiful in the bowl and on the plate.

Serve it with her crustless quiche for a great brunch!

I made this meal for a family celebration - and while the accompanying lasagne packet was popular - it was the salad that had everyone raving.

I'm making it again for an Ayurvedic retreat this weekend. It apparently has the ingredients that are good for the body in summer.

    Bravo, Giada!

Incredible, nothing else to say. Didn't use the cheese, still turned out amazing.

I keep trying to like brussel sprouts, but they are always too bitter for me. But blanched leaves in a salad... oh my goodness!!! They are GREAT! The whole salad is good.

This is easy and delicious. Used baby spinich instead of arugula. Hint - use a salad spinner for the sprout leaves. Love this will make it part of the regular salad rotation at our hous.

I went to the restaurant the other night that inspired Giada to reinvent this recipe. And what did I order? The brussel sprout salad and I can't wait to recreate it. The restaurant uses smoked almonds, instead of sliced almonds and also adds dried cranberries for sweetness. It tasted even better the next day !

This is such a creative and delicious salad. I saw the show and then immediately decided to make it. I will definitely be making it again. But be forewarned--the brussels sprouts take some effort to peel. The simple dressing of lemon olive oil and salt bring out the flavors. This will be in my regular rotation, although next time I will enlist some help with peeling the sprouts!

I've always loved Brussels sprouts, but had never thought of adding to a salad.
So very delish! Leave it to Giada to have the bright ideas. Yes, I did notice the different necklace...lovely...have always admired those petite strands of necklaces she normally wears - suits her to a T. My 25-yr daughter always says she wants "that Giada jewelry". Aslo love the shows when Todd & Jade are there...what a sweet, precious family. Anyway, I have strayed from the sprouts...makes me feel good to eat this fresh & healthy dish!
