I loooooove this salad! It is perfect! Who knew brussel sprouts could be so tasty? And the dressing adds the ideal counterpoint. Btw... did anyone else notice the cool necklace Giada was wearing in this episode with her Aunt Raffy? Do you think it was one piece of jewelry? Or did she take multiple strands and twist them together? THANKS GIADA!!

Saw Giada make this yesterday, went and got all the fixings ....my college daughter and I made it for dinner. Unbelievable. This will definately be one of our favorite salads. Sooooooo fresh, if you hated brussel sprouts you woud not know that they are in there!!!! Try this, it is great :

I saw Giada make this and immediately went out to get the ingredients I needed. Trader Joes has the arugula and endive and I was set. Everyone loved this...it has just the right crunch with the almonds and endive and the dressing is perfect. Another hit for Giada.
