Oh my gosh! These are the best! I can't wait to make them for Thanksgiving.But, I think I'll have to make a batch for me and my Hubby before then! Pancetta is hard to find here. I have to drive 30 miles, but, it's worth the trip!

Not only is Giada De Laurentiis very cute, but this recipe was fantastic. I am a 27 year old male college student, and this recipe was a breeze for even me to make. I want to make them again for a midnight snack. Very delicious.

Believe it or not, our kids will eat their brussel sprouts with this recipe! It is so delicious and easy. I've made it for some of my foodie friends as well and they rave over it.

This was so easy to make. My husband and Son loved it and ask me to fix it all the time. If your family isn't crazy with brussel sprouts fix this recipe they will be.

I've been making this recipe every year for thanksgiving, xmas and when we are entertaining. Why? Because it's a crowd pleaser and I my friends love it! So do I. You can sub bacon for the pancetta.
