I haven't had B' sprouts in years because I remember them being gross. This recipe changed my mind! I made them with frozen; just follow the package directions for cooking them. Easy and good!

It's great. My husband is a fan of brussels sprouts and I am not but I really liked this recipe.

I fixed this for my 4 year old daughter. I didn't say anything and put it on her plate. She ate all her bussel sprouts first and asked for seconds before she even ate anything else! I will make this often, since it was easy to make.

I served this dish as part of the Thanksgiving diner and it was a tremendous hit!

This was a big surprise, it had a great flavor and only took minutes to prepare. One or the best recipes for spouts that we have. We have substituted bacon for the pancetta, it is just as good.

This was a good way to serve the sprouts. Maybe should have cooked a little longer or finished off in the oven. We like ours crispier than these turned out.

Absolutely fabulous - Made this recipe on Thanksgiving Day for the 1st time. We will never go back to the traditional green beans. I had to make this again on Sunday night at the request of my children. Great with pan fried Tilapia and yellow rice.

This was a very ez to follow recipe. The flavor has to be experienced, truly. There is one thing I would do differently next time, I would cut the sprouts in half. I found when the sprouts were left whole, they weren't able to fully absorb the flavor from the other ingredients. Halving them should rectify it.
Excellent way to make sprouts !!
    Try it!

This was the first time I made a recipe with fresh Brussels sprouts. Next time I think I will use bacon instead of Pancetta and also no oil. I will just spray the pan with Pam instead due to I thought the side dish was too oily. Other than that this was a nice side dish to have. :!
