    even if you don't like brussel sprouts..you will love them prepared this way. has become a family favorite...I only prepare them this way. I roast mine in the oven until cispy...the pancetta adds lots of favor.

    This is about as simple as it gets, but the flavors are awesome. Great recipe for the usually "Hated" brussel sprout.

    My husband likes sprouts, I can take them or leave them, and my 12 year old never really warmed to them, until this receipe. She will not tell you she "loves" sprouts. When she went out to eat with family members she orders brussel sprouts but then let everyone know "These were not like her Mom's" Thanks to Giada, she thinks her Mom is the best cook ever.
