    My husband doen't care for vegetables much, be even he loved this easy recipe. To blanch them in the sea salt first is the real secret. Thanks, I just love your show

    I made this as a side for Thanksgiving instead of the usual green bean casserole, and even those who normally turn their noses up at anything green that is not green bean casserole loved this dish. It was quick and easy. I made it as the rolls in the oven were baking and served it hot off the grill. No leftovers for this veggie dish.

    If you think you cannot tolerate this food, open your mind and your taste buds to this recipe! This is excellent!
    The combination of roasted garlic, olive oil and pancetta is perfectamente!
    I really love my veggies when prepared like this! What taste and texture!
    You will eat all your veggies when prepared this way!

    Recipe was very easy to follow. All of Giadas recipes are great we used her stuffing with chiabatta and panchetta for Thanksgiving. Everyone should try her pannetone French toast!
