Not only was this the easiest recipe I've ever tried for brussels sprouts, but it was also the most delicious! I served this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner and received more compliments for this than anything. Even the kids raved about it! And I had several requests for the recipe.

i made the brussels sprouts with pancetta for thanksgiving and it went faster than the turkey, everyone loved it, and everyone wanted the recipe

I'm not a big fan of brussel sprouts, however, my sister made this recipe, but accidently bought prosiutto instead of pancetta....I COULD NOT BELIVE HOW WONDERFUL THE RECIPE WAS. I tried it with the pancetta and it was just as delicious. I would recommend this recipe to nyone. Also, it is so easy to make and it take no time at all, especially if you have a hectic schedule. I would recommend this dish at anytime...not just the holidays!

This recipie was easy to make and absolutely delicious! It was the first dish to dissappear at thanksgiving, which is unusual for brussel sprouts!

Wow,these were fantastic. We had them with Thanksgiving dinner and they were gone in seconds. Everyone loved them including the kids. I will definitely make these again.
