I do not like brussel sprouts, but this recipe is so good. Also easy to make.

kids and adults both liked the brussel sprouts. the garlic and pancetta added a nice blend for the brussel sprouts.

I don't know why this would get one star from anyone.....it is delicious, and easy. This is probably the ONLY way I will make brussel sprouts again!

This was so easy to make. My husband and daughter loved it and ask me to fix it all the time. If your family isn't crazy with brussel sprouts fix this recipe they will be.
