I must have heard it five times "Best Brussel Sprouts I've ever had" I made it earlier in the day for Thanksgiving and I'll be trying the same thing with Broccoli tonight. I'm sure it will translate the same. Great job. For once, I wouldn't make a single change.

If your family doesn't like Brussels sprouts, give this a try. They will love it. The Pancetta adds a whole different dimension.... irresistible.

I made this for my family for Thanksgiving. My father-in-law and I don't even like Brussels sprouts, and this dish changed our minds. Outstanding flavor.

I saw the show where Giada made these and they looked interesting. After reading the reviews, I made sure the brussels sprouts were almost tender prior to placing them in the skillet and I was cautious with the salt. I didn't have any fresh garlic so I used onions instead and added just a bit of dried garlic. Also, I used a 4 oz. package of pancetta from Trader Joe's and it worked just fine. The result was fantastic and my family, who claimed not to like brussels sprouts either, couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were. I've been committed to finding ways to incorporate more vegetables into meals and I'm thrilled to have found this recipe. Try it; I think you'll find it's a real keeper!

I hate brussels sprouts. These can't be the same things I grew up eating. These were flavorful and delicious! I made a double batch for a Thanksgiving-among-friends (14 of us. There wasn't one left at the end of the meal.
