    I really hate brussel sprouts but my husband loves them so I made this recipe for him after we saw it on TV.

    I tasted them and really love them fixed this way!! I won't fix them any other way now.

    The brussel sprouts were tender but not soggy with a wonderful flavor. I think it could have done with about half the pancetta the recipe calls for, and would have perhaps been a little less salty.

    These are the best. I make these all the time and everyone RAVES about them. I still don't have the heart to tell anyone I got the recipe from Food Network.

    I loved this recipe for spicing up Brussel Sprouts. I would definitely decrease the amount of EVOO next time as it doesn't need the extra fat.
